When I upgraded to 6.6.1 and launched the ATEm Software Control app It asked to update the firmware on the switch but was unable to do so, because the software could not connect to the switch not withstanding that the USB cable was plugged in. When I then launched the ATEM setup utility app that software reported the same condition that I was not connected to the switch and to check the USB connection. This is the same problem I had on both the windows platform and the mac platform. With Windows I am using 7 professional and the make is using OS X version 10.11.1.
